Our History

Founded in 2009, Celcius Technical Services spent over a decade delivering solutions across the telecommunications and electronic security sectors. Working in the field for over ten years gave us a frontline view of the vulnerabilities inherent in traditional network deployments.

In 2025, we made a pivotal shift. Recognizing that traditional perimeter-based security was no longer sufficient against modern threats, we left the contracting game behind to focus entirely on specialized software development.

This evolution led to the creation of CelAI VMS—a revolutionary video management platform made by security technicians, for security technicians. Born from years of hands-on industry expertise, it is engineered to eliminate trust assumptions and secure critical surveillance infrastructure.
